Feel the wind under these Sijan wings!
The newest two sets of Sijan wings go to enthusuastic Road Warriors, Tim McNeal and Ron Gither. Tim and Ron have stepped up and taken the challenge of the Sijan to heart. This is Tim’s fourth Sijan and Ron’s third. They both know how hard it is to complete the journey toward the Sijan, but they also know the joyous feeling of completing the daunting task. The thing about earning more than one Sijan Award is…they just can’t get enough of the exhilarating feeling of completing the journey successfully. Without hesitation, both of these Road Warriors are on another journey toward Sijan glory. Good luck!

Any of these talented people can tell you it takes dedication, concentration and motivation to master the complicated and worthwhile goal. To receive the prestigious Lance P. Sijan Award, a Dealer must work 23 consecutive days (Saturday or Sunday off); perform at least two lite-ups each day; and write 13 or more contracts in the designated time frame. When will you start your journey and join this group of talented individuals?
