RM Jeff Van Horn has been on fire lately! He has his goals set high and his actions following suit. After the Des Moines meetingf, Jeff accepted and accomplished “Tom Johnson’s Century Lite-Up Challenge.” Jeff completed this task while field training Eric Brueggeman. Jeff was setting the pace with 14 contracts for the month of October. He has experienced many ‘multiple contract’ days lately and plans on keeping the pace. Keep an eye on the Barnstormers, they are not letting up!
Still a relatively new Dealer, Eric Brueggeman has been selling like a seasoned professional! Right from the beginning, Eric has demonstrated a dedication rarely seen in a new dealer. He drove six hours to interview with Jeff. He drove 10 hours to Des Moines to hear Tom Johnson speak.
Eric did his first light-up while working on his own. By noon he was wrapping up his icebreaker! It was a combo at a Clothing and Costume shop. When Jeff got back to the hotel at 7:00pm, Eric wasn’t there. When Eric finally returned around 8:00pm, he smiled and said, “I don’t see what’s so hard about this”. He threw down TWO orders and a large pizza from the Pizza Parlor he had just written his 2nd contract of the day, on his first day! Eric wanted to send out a special “thank you” to Cynthia and Paula for helping him with the pricing and questions on the paperwork. Great job, TAP team! That makes good $$ amount in four days for Eric. But, wait! It doesn’t end there! Eric wrote a contract each of the next two days in the field! That rounds out his first SIX days with SIX contracts! RM Jeff Van Horn is very impressed with Eric, “He is a very hard worker and is ready for more success!”
Eric flew to Atlanta and met Jeff who was already there for the meeting. Eric received his ice breaker pin as well as his check for his suit and his first Grand-A-Week Plaque! All from his first week in the field! Eric also accepted Tom Johnson’s Lite-Up Challenge after the Atlanta meeting! Good job and good luck!
Jeff would like to thank Bill and Peg Gigax and also Taylor and Jenny Hall for their warm hospitality while he was with them!
