Every year we celebrate the Thanksgiving holiday with turkey, pumpkin pie, football and many other family traditions. It can be a time of reflection in our lives with gratitude at the center. Gratitude is a sincere appreciation for things we have or help we have received. Gratitude builds humility as we recognize an act of kindness, service or caring from someone else. True gratitude is a foundation for confidence, courage, contentment, happiness, love and well-being. Being grateful leads us to look outside ourselves and truly focus on what is really important in our lives. That realization goes hand in hand with gratitude. Said one well-known author: “Both abundance and lack of abundance exist simultaneously in our lives, as parallel realities. It is always our conscious choice which secret garden we will tend … when we choose not to focus on what is missing from our lives but are grateful for the abundance that’s present—love, health, family, friends, work, the joys of nature, and personal pursuits that bring us happiness—the wasteland of illusion falls away and we experience heaven on earth.”
In a business and sales environment, we are constantly vying for the best, the most, the greatest, which is exactly what we are supposed to do! T.S. Monson said, “A grateful heart is the beginning of greatness.” As we each strive toward greatness in every aspect of our lives, professionally and personally, let us contemplate where our vast potential begins. This year it’s not only about the Thanksgiving festivity, it’s about gratitude and the greatness we are trying to achieve.
Let us relish life as we live it, find joy in the journey, and share our love, talent and knowledge with friends, family and Main Street America. As a company and a nation, we have much for which to be grateful. We are humbled by and grateful for the service of our military protecting our freedom and safety. We are grateful to be a part of a company that allows us to stand out and find our own success while helping others. We are ever grateful for Main Street America, our jobs, our independence and our livelihood. Regardless of which holidays we may celebrate throughout the year, let us each treat this as the season of gratitude.
What are you thankful for?
Knowledge
I am thankful for my health, my family, close friends and the opportunity to work with the most amazing group of extended family at Signtronix. I am so blessed to be a part of the Signtronix ‘family’. I am also thankful for those special men and women who serve and defend our great country so that we can enjoy our freedom. ~Marilyn Bennett
Determination Quality
What I’m thankful for is Signtronix. Last year, in the month of November, I made 800. In the previous 3 months of 2008, I made a total of 3,000. We were living on borrowed money, through a float loan on a credit card, just to get by. In November 2009, I’ve made close to 800 on ONE sale. I’ve made close to 85,000 this year, plus another 12,000 in bonus signs. I have 4k in the bank and I’m recovering from surgery on my knee. I can, not only, afford to take time off for surgery and rehab, but my bills are ALL paid. We are taking a trip to Disney World in December and we’ve qualified to go to Cancun in February. Because we work hard, I’ve been able to spend more time with my family and having the weekends off has been wonderful and a huge blessing. We have been paying down debt, building savings, and spending more time together. And, what more can we be thankful for but…a new baby on the way! ~Jeff and Angela Howey, Copper State Cool Rays
“I am so VERY thankful for DM Rick Buchanan, David Adams, Ryan Wiggins, Djuan Bragg and Vann Watson and the JOY they have brought into my life. It is an honor to work alongside these guys every day.” ~ RM Robert Prujan, Pensacola Blue Angels
Legacy
I thank GOD everyday for my loving family, for the opportunities we have been given, and the good fortune to have found Signtronix. Signtronix has truly changed and enhanced many lives of people we have come in contact with over the past 12 years. It is our belief that everything we encounter in life, the blessings and the struggles, are precious gifts that God lends us to challenge and transform us into becoming better people. Through service to others and devotion to our path, we can make our lives a blessing, and awaken and discover our unique ability to be of service in helping others to discover the beauty of this life. ~RM Jeff Dean, St. Louis Road Warriors
Future Joy
I’m thankful to be with a company where I can work with some of my best friends. It’s not often in a company where you are like family with your superiors and your team. I wish everyone knew how that felt. It’s time I go share it with as many as possible. ~RM Larry King, Great Plains Drifters.
History
A quick survey of the Heart of America Region found much to be grateful for. First and foremost, good health and a healthy attitude about our great business. RM John Marty is grateful for his lovely wife, Linda, a great family and the friendship of all in our great Signtronix family. Terry Johnston is grateful to still have his wonderful mother, who is approaching her 97th birthday and still a great rock and very enthusiastic about life. I am thankful for our wonderful Home Office, Kozy’s inspiration, Vernie’s wisdom, great leadership and Sara’s support. Not only is Sara my wife, she is my selling partner and my dedicated trainer. I’d be lost without her. I’d like to wish everyone a Happy Thanksgiving! ~RM Jonathan Imberi, Michigan Beacons
“I am thankful that my mother who at 83 is in great health and that I get to see her almost every day! I am grateful to Kozell Boren for creating a company where my co-workers are some of my best friends. My life is blessed in so many ways and for that I give thanks.” ~Brenda Moore

Some things I am thankful for are a loving family, a wonderful country and a forgiving God. I am also thankful for the group of people that are a part of the Atlanta Bulldogs and my friends throughout the company. ~Jenny Hall, Atlanta Bulldogs
Kindness
I am thankful, first and foremost for my wife. She is my best friend and my Signtronix companion. She travels with me and constantly uplifts my spirits. I love her and will be forever thankful for her. I’m also thankful for my children. Jeff and Jessica are the two best kids anyone could have. They are smart, self sufficient, and now have beautiful companions in their lives. Our newest addition, Brennen Cole Foy, our 10 month old grandson is such a joy. I’m thankful for Signtronix and my Region. This great company has given me the opportunity to have a better slice of life. The Arkansas Diamonds Team is growing and will soon be at the top. I’m very thankful for the solid District Manager I have in my friend, Kirnan Lewis. He brings out the best in me and is always there when I need him. Thank you to God for all of these life’s blessings and for our health and energy to be able to go to work every day and be providers. May God bless the entire Signtronix family. ~RM Howard Foy, Arkansas Diamonds
Independence
I am thankful to have all the help from our customer support people at the home office, and most of all for Mr. Tom Boren, who has helped me over the years turn lemons into lemonade. ~RM Denny Giacobe, Pocono Mountaineers
Being acknowledged is very gratifying. This company is all about acknowledging as many people as possible. When we focus on gaining acknowledgement for ourselves, we often find a dry well. However, when we focus outward on others, we create fulfillment for others as well as ourselves. Gratitude is always an acknowledgment of someone or something outside ourselves. Everyone wins. ~Mark Kern, California Landsharks
Potential Drive
Thank you to our Savior, Jesus Christ, for the many blessings, graces and miracles our Signtronix families and our immediate family receive each day. Thank you for blessing us physically, spiritually, emotionally and financially. ~RM Carmen Rodriguez, Lone Star Rhinos
Friends
I’m grateful for a wonderful and loving family, an enjoyable and fulfilling job, amazing friends and, most of all, the knowledge that God watches over us and loves us. We are truly blessed. ~Kristin Lam
Family
I am thankful to have a Home at Signtronix. For many, many years I have gained from the fruits of my labor. Without a company that looks out for their salesmen, a lot of us would be doing something else and never realize our gains. Thank you to Kozy and to all the Signtronix family. A special thanks to Milton Mannix for many years of training and just being there on all fronts for me. Thank you to my salesmen. You know what you mean to me! I hope that God will bless us all and make the rest of this year prosperous and we all remain in good health. ~RM Mark Woods, Buffalo Destroyers
Learning
I am so thankful that Beth has her health and mine is slowly but surely coming back to me. Our kids are well and have good jobs. All my friends with Signtronix are doing fine and making . I am personally thankful for a factory that is fair and honest. God has been good to us! A friend always, ~RM Paul Shawley, Carolina Panthers
Integrity
I am Thankful For my Heavenly Father, My Family, My Signtronix Family, This Great Country, Our Military and Our Freedoms. ~RM Doug Clark, Florida Alligators

Among everything that I am grateful for, H+3F is closest to my heart and fondest to my soul. Health + Freedom, Family and Friends! Vernie Boren
Happiness
In my life there is much to be thankful for. I have three beautiful children who are the joy of my life. I get up every day and take a breath. It doesn’t get much better than that. But, I am most thankful for my health. Without health, and I mean spiritual, mental and physical health, you basically have nothing. I am also grateful for the Signtronix experience. What you put in is what you get out, but the support and family style environment is always there. My gratitude leans toward the men who have recently mentored me, Roger Pelton and Tom Johnson. Their input into my knowledge bank cannot be overstated. I have had a few careers in my life and stumbling onto Signtronix has been one of the best finds of my life. I have never wanted anyone to give me anything, just open the door and I will get it myself. I am grateful that Signtronix opened the door. ~RM Michael Wolff, Arizona Dream Catchers
