Signtronix software is the nations leading producer of outdoor electric signage for independant business. Signtronix was founded over 40 years ago with one goal : provide a high-quality sign at a low cost to small businesses in the United States using direct sales. Too many small businesses don?t have adequate exposure to their passing public because of the high cost of local, custom sign shops. Signtronix has mastered the production of signs for independent businesses across the country. Signtronix has a 70,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility that produces one sign every 10 minutes of the day. Since 1963, we have produced over 600,000 electric signs for organizations and businesses across America. Mass production and direct sales representatives enable Signtronix to manufacture a high quality, low cost sign that fits the needs of all types of companies.

Thank you for taking the time to visit! For more information on the value of signage visit Signtronix reviews and watch the video on signage cost vs. return on investment.

Customer SUCCESS STORIES and News

Signtronix led signs has opened my eyes to the opportunity that exists for me to not only achieve my comfort zone, but to expand over the horizon to reach for the stars again.

Dear Signtronix,

I love my new sign!! The messages that I am able to communicate to my customers will be invaluable. It has increased traffic in my store and sales are up!! Thank you so much for a wonderful product.

To Whom It May Concern:

Our business is located one block from a major highway. We had always wanted to attract the drive through traffic. When we saw the Signtronix sign, we knew this was the answer. We were right. Since out purchase, our business has increased significantly. Thank you Signtronix

Dear Sirs/Madams:

No signtronix complaints from me! I am writing to tell you how pleased I am with my new sign. From the beginning when the idea was first presented to me, until the very end when the sign was installed and lit, I had a pre-conceived notion of how I wanted it to look. Never before have I had it happen where the image in my mind became reality! Every aspect of the sign is perfect.

I have had many customers comment on the sign from www.signtronix.com in a most positive way. The comment that summarizes what my customers feel is, “Your sign says a lot about the product inside. You’ve stepped up to present your store in a professional way. It says you are here to stay.”

I consider my sign the best investment, to date, in my business. It will continue to represent my store in a great way!

Thanks for seeing that it was done to my specifications. I will gladly pass on the good working relationship we have established to others interested in signage.

PS: You guys rock, I read online that someone is pulling a signtronix scam – boy I hope it does not impact your product or service.

One of the most unfortunate things I have seen at Signtronix in my time here is how we handle our newest applicants/dealers. These people are counting on us for their livelihoods. I know it sounds cliché; however, we need to treat them the way we would like to be treated. This starts with their first impressions. When I say this I mean: Answer the phone is a professional and friendly manner. Find out if they have had a chance to check us out online. If so, ask them what they liked about what they saw. Ask them about their background. Then say, “Sounds like you have a good background for what we are looking to do.” Then I like to explain that the position is an independent contractor position that requires some local travel. Most already know this because of the Monster ad… some do not. If they have no problems with that, then I invite them in for an interview or ride-along. I prefer to set them up the next morning for the interview or ride-along.

The very first thing any Manager must master before he decides to start hiring is his/her own presentation. First off: Your presentation needs to work. Meaning whatever you say or do in your presentation needs to earn you a good living when you give it in the field. If you can’t even make a good living doing this, how can you train others to? If your presentation doesn’t work, fix it. Then perfect it. Secondly, your presentation needs to be easy to duplicate. You need to be able to train others to do what you do as simply as possible. If your District Managers are doing something different than you are… then they need to be doing their own training or better yet make sure they are doing your presentation. (Remember: your presentation works well.) If you use cool technology to sell signs or place locations, leave it at home when training (classroom or field). Use nothing more than what your new dealers are issued out of the classroom. As you all know if your presentation book even has one page different then the one they were issued, they now have to have it also! What the new dealer sees and learns in the office needs to be identical to what they see in the field. If it is not, you are wasting your time.

The two men that Conrad recruited go the notion they could be more productive if they worked out of one car sharing a motel and other expenses. After sixty days, they learned they couldn’t support two families out of one car. One recruit stayed with us for 10 years. While I am on the subject of longevity, I hired Sam Golden as a National Trainer. Sam flew to all regions when they needed additional recruits. Normally they stayed for a very long time because the Manager was in the field continuing what Conrad did for me and new Managers did for their people.

If regions would capture the spirit I am trying to convey, have higher expectations, take advantage of the hundreds of tools and innovations that have been developed since Conrad and I were in the field, hire people as we did and give shoe shine boys your commission when you perform below standards, we would begin to HUGE growth in our regions.

When Conrad Escalante and I started, we had to print out own sales agreements, take our own photos and build our own samples that weighed 76 pounds. I averaged 28 sales per month, and I was never once allowed to sell more than my trainer, my great field leader. Conrad made 5 to 6 lite-ups per day, every day and averaged 39 sales per month. He was my leader and my mentor. I owe a great deal to Conrad.

There is no doubt that I would not be here if Conrad had no been such a great sales leader. He constantly amazed me with his performance, his character and his personal principles. I saw him give a show shine boy all of his daily earnings because they were less than he could accept of himself for the day. He led by example, ever day, and no excuses. Just do the lite-ups, use your skills and instincts and the sales will be there. Over lunch and in the evening Conrad would share his bountiful wisdom.

Conrad was a field leader and a great one. After about four months, Conrad and I each had personally recruited two people. My three averaged 83 sales per month, which was 27.5 each. Conrad and his two dealers averaged 117 sales per month an average of 39 sales per man. Notice the exact correlation of average sales in my group and hi s. Our new recruits duplicated what we did. “Monkey See – Monkey Do”! Of the two men I personally recruited one stayed six month and saved enough money to achieve his dream of living in Spain.

Pensacola Blue Angels Rick Buchanan and David Adams were out working hard and having fun today! They called on a customer that needed an outside sign for her business but the Landlord of the building would not allow it. Thinking on their feet Rick and David showed the indoor LED-60. The customer fell in love with the sign but wanted to make sure Rick and David were, in fact, with Signtronix. A quick call to the Home Office got Brenda Moore on the other end. When asked if she knew these two gentlemen, Brenda quickly replied, “Of course, I do. You are with two of our best!” The customer was very happy and excited to know Rick and David were so highly recognized in the company. She signed on the dotted line and a new LED-60 is on the way! Congrats guys!
