There are three methods that you can use to access your Wizard Email Account.

WEBMAIL - Use the Wizard Email gateway to access your email account from any computer in the world. Enter your user name (Wizard email address) and password, and that's it! This is the default setting.

CLIENT - you can access your Wizard email through your email software. Most people use MS Outlook, or Outlook Express. You need to use the following settings.

User Name = your Wizard Email address
Server type = POP3
Incoming Mail Server = mail.signtronixwisconsin.com
Outgoing Mail (SMTP) Server = mail.signtronixwisconsin.com


Remember to click the "Remember Password" box.

FORWARDING - Your Wizard Email account can automatically be forwarded to any existing email account. After you have been assigned a Wizard Email account, contact me HERE and send me the email account that you would like to have your Wizard Mail sent to. The downside to this method is that you will still need to use WEBMAIL to send email from your Wizard account.


OTHER IMPORTANT EMAIL NOTES

Only the Wisconsin Signtronix office can assign you an email account.

Passwords are not maintained by the webmaster. If you lose or forget your passwords you are SOL. Contact Tony or Dennis if this happens.

Please delete your old email; it takes up space on the server. It is possible that email that is 30 days or older could get deleted permanently.

Please do not use your account for high volume "sends" or to solicit or spam for any reason. Your account will be terminated if you do this.

Incoming spam - There is an incoming spam filter, it is set on "low." If you find that you are not receiving email that you should have, please contact me HERE
