As Regional Manager of Signtronix in Wisconsin, I would like to invite you to take a serious look at the opportunity that lies within. When I joined Signtronix in 1998, I answered a small ad and had no idea what I was about to grab onto. I went into an interview and met Tom Johnson who was at the time the National Sales Manager, now the President, as he introduced me to the product and opportunity, I was truly excited about what I saw, and I've never looked back. As I progressed with the company in my first full year (1999) I strived to become the #1 salesman, but I feel short and came in number 2. I started over in 2000 and completed my goal as number 1 dealer in the country. A few years later I was promoted from District Manager to Regional Manager. This same opportunity is available for the right individuals today. My mission is to build Signtronix's best and largest regional team. I opened our Oconomowoc office in 04 with a passion to be the #1 region and achieve the customer service award. The next level is to achieve the number 1 regional award in volume or contracts. As I begin to build a team of high integrity and a team with outstanding work ethics, it is imperative the foundation be built and leveled with almost perfection for support to achieve these goals.
Currently as a team we need more district managers, if you have the motivation to excel, and execute your abilities to grow and prosper, we need to talk further. I am only looking for individuals that are willing to work full time Monday-Friday, you must have a reliable auto and license, and you must be willing to travel overnight and most importantly be a team addition willing to open up your horizons.
